Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who We Are

What's The Situ (WTS) is a curated third space programme based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 42134075. You can reach us at hello@wts.network.

2. Using This Site

This website exists to share our programme, collect interest registrations, gather community votes and list local cultural events. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to attempt automated scraping, bulk submissions, penetration testing, or any activity intended to disrupt the service or the security measures protecting it.

3. Registrations and Voting

Registering your interest is not a ticket purchase and does not guarantee entry to any session. Planned Sessions, matchups and dates listed on this site are indicative and may change.

Votes and suggestions are used to shape programming. We may publish aggregated, anonymised results.

4. Event Submissions

If you submit an event to The Edit, you confirm you have the right to share those details. All submissions are reviewed before publication and we may edit, decline or remove any listing.

Third-party events listed in The Edit are run by their own organisers. WTS is not responsible for tickets, entry policies, cancellations or conduct at events we do not host.

5. Content and Conduct

Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, misleading or infringing. Our rooms are built for natural mingling and mutual respect, online and offline.

6. Intellectual Property

The WTS name, logo, written copy, artwork and layout are owned by What's The Situ. Album titles, artist names and venue names remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced editorially.

7. Liability

This site is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by Dutch law, WTS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or attendance at listed events.

8. Privacy and Security

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Public form submissions are stored write-only: the public cannot read, edit or delete records through the API.

9. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms as the programme grows. The current version always applies. These terms are governed by Dutch law, with the courts of Amsterdam having jurisdiction.
